When the forwarder deliver you the goods, you should check that the packing is under good condition and that it has not been opened. You have to signal the possible anomalies on the paper that the forwarder shows you writing "with reserve of control". In lack of this reserve, subsequently it won't be possible to complain any type of problem to the forwarder.
